I can't!!
The Celebration of Peace and Coexistence starts TOMORROW!!
It's just a chance to spread the message that Peace, Acceptance and Coexistence is truly possible! If not everywhere, at least here in our little slice of the Universe!
Things are going to be really busy around here for the next week and a half, so you better stay on your toes!
Musical Monday both Mondays, and Guest Bloggers and gorgeous giveaways everyday!
- I'm so impressed with the Guest Bloggers that will paying a visit and their generous expressions of what the Winter Holidays mean to them! I hope you'll join in on the conversations and share what you love most about your Winter Holiday too! -
So be sure to pop in each day until November 24th to check it all out! And then come back the next day to find out if you're a winner!!
(There will be LOTS of ways to enter the giveaways, and entries for all of them will be accepted until midnight Tuesday, the 24th. All the winners will be announced Wednesday, the 25th!)
Sounds like fun, huh?
Yeah, I'm excited!!
And, just a little update on my tests, since I really won't be blogging-blogging {aka dumping all my personal crap out into the universe for all to read. (Ewww... that makes it sound bad.)} for the next week and a half...
First off, my doctor tried to kill me!
Ok, ok, not really. But it turned out that I had a bad reaction from the anesthesia they used on me Friday. So, after a day of poop-o-rama, I had two days of puke-o-rama! Yippeee!
But seriously, if I'd have known really how much time I'd be spending in the bathroom the past few days, I'd have maybe installed a flat screen or... maybe put in carpeting. Now I know why there was carpeting in so many bathrooms in the 70s! All the partying, I'm sure they spent lots of time puking; and kneeling on tile for extended periods of time really sucks! Actually though, the coldness of the tile does feel kinda good. I know you know what I mean. We've all been there.
Anyhooo... :)
If it weren't for all that, I'm sure the procedure would have been nothing. But, alas, it all went wrong! lol Story of my life!!
My doctor also removed six polyps. He's checking them out. I was way too out of it to even ask any questions. So, we'll see... I'm just not going to worry about it right now. That's wasted worry when I could use it on so many other things. I'll find out everything at my follow-up.
So, for today, I'm alive! And very excited about the upcoming FUN! I hope you'll stop in!

I'm glad your tests are over and that you are trying not to worry over it. I hope they all come back negative but that the doctor can at least tell you what is wrong so you can fix it.
PS I just read this last years worth of your blog yesterday and I love it! You're a very awesome woman, strong and very brave!
I can't believe you had such an awful reaction. That stinks! But, you've got a cheery outlook and that's a good thing!
Yay for your fun tomorrow! I can't wait to see what's in store.
Oh Diane,
I am so glad you are okay. I am so ready for tomorrow. I can't wait to see what is going to happen and see what everyone thinks.. Yeah...
If it's not one end, it's the other. Ugh, I have been there. It sucks. Glad that ordeal is over for you. I hope they find out what's wrong and you can feel better soon!
I wish I could have participated in your Celebration of Peace and Coexistence just cause I want to support everything you do. But alas, we don't have any holiday traditions that would be of any interest to anyone. I know it will be a huge success though!
