And soon I get to drink this whole jug of diarrhea-inducing wonderfulness. But, man, I just can't seem to decide which flavor packet to add in. I mean, all the choices are just so... awesome. :(
There is consolation however! Yesterday I got a fantastic care package from the one and only Mr. Macabre! Now, I've gotten a care package from him before, and let me tell you, he really knows how to put the 'care' in care package!!
Here's what I got:

I'm sorta stuck here at home today so I'll be so happy putting out some of the simmering disks (probably in the bathroom lol!) and I can still actually drink tea today - so yay!!! Plus, Pot Full O' Trouble's expression only makes me smile, so I'm leaving him right up there on my desk to help cheer me on once I have to start chugging the nasty drink! (I can just hear him, "Diane, you can do it!!")

P.S. So, yeah, I'll be indisposed for a bit tomorrow, you know, getting my innards looked at, but I put together a pretty cool craft tutorial for my good friend Amy's Round Robin. I was hoping you chose the orange. Just saying. The prep is the worst part. You will sleep through tomorrows do or when ever you go. It's a light sedative is all. When you wake up go ahead and let the gas out. They are going to ask you if you have. Weird but it's the way it goes.

I'm a much bigger baby than you. I've tried to have a colonoscopy three times and each time had it canceled because I can't drink the gunk. I can get maybe half a cup down and then everything comes up for a while. I can't even drink the stuff they give you for a CT scan. I'm pathetically wimpy. :(

ha! I feel your pain...I just had all kinds of uncomfortable tests recently...nothing that required poop though...but I still feel violated :p I bet cherry would be good mixed with a shot or 2 of vodka! I <3 the umbrella!

I'm glad that you liked everything. It was fun putting it together! It makes me wonder why the medical profession decides to make everything gross. Ugly @$$ hospital gowns, nasty @$$ stuff you have to drink, I guess I'm channeling my interior design side. Just be thankful one of those flavor packets wasn't chocolate or fudge!
Dude, I'm sure the stuff you had to do was icky, but when I had my colonoscopy I was an inpatient in the hospital so I got 3 enemas administered by nurse rough hands. I still shudder!

Lucky you to have a choice of flavors. I've never had a choice and as I recall I always got orange. Probably good choice on the pineapple, since you probably won't want to even be near anything pineapple flavored for awhile.
Enjoy the aftermath. Where else can you toot all you want and no one can give you dirty looks because they're all in the same predicament, tooting themselves. Lol!

I had to the colon thing too - and it was halflytely - I had lime.. the only way to drink that thick snotty salty crap was with a straw... The procedure was nothing compared to the day before - how did it go? I had 3 big polyps - I'm due for another one this month - I'm singing the procrastination song...
